05-24-2006, 8:40 PM Joe Fisherman Joined on 02-01-2006 Posts 37 May 24th Results We made it, but a challenge.  The river came down enough to launch and we had 10 fisherman.  The cove was the place to be.  I think almost everyone checked it out.  Brian went up farther then he has ever gone.  It looked like bass heaven, but fished like hell that far up.  His reward for his effort was a 2.15 large mouth, but not up there.  That was enough to win on a tough night on the river.  Guy B was close, but not enough.  I caught a 1.6 smallmouth on a green pumpkin chatter bait to quiet Mark and Shain for a few minutes.  So I fished in a few trees, big deal, it was Mark's Lucky Craft!  .............
